Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Comera Medical Training website (the "site"). The site is operated by Comera Medical Training Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08728994, part of Comera Group, registered office Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, BS8 1HP. VAT registration number GB 176 887 834.
By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read them together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
These Terms cover your use of the website. They are not our terms of booking or training. Training we arrange after an enquiry is governed by the quotation and booking terms we give you at the time; our online course, bought through the Comera store, is governed by the store's terms.
Using our website
You may use the site for lawful purposes — to learn about our training and to get in touch. You must not:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected infrastructure, or disrupt it (for example by introducing malware or attempting to overload it);
- submit false or misleading information, or use our forms to send spam or unsolicited content;
- copy, extract or re-use content from the site except as permitted below.
Information only — not advice
The content on this site is general information about our training and about first aid and medical matters. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional training or emergency medical care. In a real emergency always call 999. Course details, durations and qualification levels shown here are indicative. Most of our training is quoted per cohort, so the definitive details and price are those in the written quotation we give you; for our online course, they are those shown on its listing in the Comera store at the time of purchase.
Trade marks and intellectual property
The content, design, branding, logos and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Comera Medical Training and Comera Group and are protected by intellectual property law. SAFHEE® is a registered trade mark of Comera Risk Ltd (UK trade mark no. UK00003861861). You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including the Comera store, the Comera Group learning platform, Comera Group and Comera Risk, and third-party sites such as gov.uk or the ICO. We provide these links for convenience; where a site is operated by a third party we are not responsible for its content or availability, and a link does not imply we endorse it.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
