GP Practice Annual CPD First Aid Training
GP Practice Annual CPD First Aid Training is a purpose-built first-aid CPD package for GP practices, primary-care networks, and community health services — covering the specific emergency scenarios and casualty types most likely to present in a primary-care setting.
Who it's for
For GP practice teams — clinical staff, healthcare assistants, practice nurses, phlebotomists, receptionists, and practice managers — who need currency in first-aid response for the range of emergencies that can present in a general-practice environment. Also suitable for community pharmacy teams and other primary-care settings.
What you'll learn

- Manage adult and paediatric collapse, cardiac arrest, and unresponsive casualty scenarios
- Recognise and respond to anaphylaxis, hypoglycaemia, and other common primary-care emergencies
- Use AEDs, oxygen, and other in-practice emergency equipment
- Manage handover to emergency services or on-call clinical support
- Refresh on team roles, incident documentation, and post-incident review
