QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher) (RQF)

Who it's for

For designated First Aiders in higher-risk workplaces whose existing First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is approaching or has passed expiry (typically within the 28-day post-expiry grace period). Also for organisations refreshing their full first-aider cohort in an efficient shorter block.

What you'll learn

• Refresher on primary and secondary casualty assessment
• Updated CPR and AED technique per current resuscitation guidelines
• Refresher on managing unconscious casualties and recovery position
• Refresher on shock, choking, bleeding, burns, and traumatic injuries
• Refresher on medical emergencies including seizures, diabetic incidents, asthma, and anaphylaxis
• Updates on incident reporting and RIDDOR requirements

Accreditation & certification

Certified by Qualsafe Awards (QA) against the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) at Level 3. Reinstates full First Aid at Work status. Certification valid for a further 3 years.
